Turn off the new tab page in firefox
Turn off the new tab page in firefox
type about:config in url text box and Enter.
click ok
Type browser.newtab.url in the search box.
Double-click the browser.newtab.url preference and change the url from about:newtab toabout:blank.
Click OK and close the about:config tab.
