I downloaded these file few days ago then put them into on folder and run the EXE file.

This tool generates pdf file all ok but adds 1 or 2 blank pages unnecessarly.

DeleteThat is not 1 or 2 blank pages unnecessary. that is your page length, short your page length and then try again.
