The system cannot find the file specified. Exception from HRESULT:0x80070002

Problem:

While working with ASP.Net MVC 5 when you create a web project get the error and project will not create:
"The system cannot find the file specified. Exception from HRESULT:0x80070002"

Solution:

Repair you Visual Studio 2013 or 2015 and problem will gone.
